Submit your Property
You are about to register your vacancy on the Swinburne Accommodation Database. This process usually takes about 5 mins. If you take longer than 20 minutes on any one page your session will time-out and you will have to start again.
There are 3 steps you must complete:
- Entering your contact details.
- Entering your property details.
- Placing your property into the appropriate categories.
Once submitted your offer will be checked by a member of staff and, once approved, will be placed on the website. If there are any problems or missing information the property will not be advertised until we have contacted you to rectify this, so please fill out all fields as requested.
We will only contact you if there is a problem. If we do not contact you that means your offer has been accepted and we have advertised it.
Properties are advertised for 21 days after which time they are automatically removed. If your vacancy is filled within this period, or if you would like to re-advertise an expired vacancy, please contact the Housing Advisor at your nearest Swinburne campus.
